We met Luigi at one of his open houses and quickly fell in love with his work. The very next day we put on offer on a Lumar built home only to be outbid by another buyer that offered substantially more than list. After several months of not being able to find a home we liked as much, our agent called Luigi to see if he would be interested in building us a home. We are sure glad he said yes. We now live in our dream home and can only say great things about Luigi’s dedication to his clients and his build quality that in our opinion cannot be best by any other home builder.

My Wife and I bought our home from Luigi at Lumar Homes and we could not be happier. Luigi's attention to detail, high quality construction, and top notch materials has given us the type of home in the city that you could only get in the suburbs. Luigi and his team truly care about the projects they work on and are not in the business of rushing to make a quick dollar. I would say that I would definitely use Lumar homes again, but to be honest I think we found our forever home!

We hired Luigi to do a complete first and second floor renovation as well as a rear first floor deck. We were more than happy with the end result as Luigi always went out of his way to be sure we were happy during the entire process. He always went over and above what was expected and proved to be a man of his word each and every time. We would use Lumar Homes, without a doubt, in any future project. We love our new home!

Luigi recently did our home renovations....and he did an amazing job!!! It was a multiplex unit, so it was a little bit more complicated but Luigi was able to handle it. His incite to home renovations was so helpful....I couldn't have done it without him. He went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable, honest and showed integrity. Thank you so much Lu!!!!
